Location, in the very centre of herford, hotel is very nice and modern, good sized rooms , clean and tidy, bathroom is also a good size, powerful shower,

Parking is offsite, but is about 50metres away, it's in the Alt stadt parkhaus, plenty of spaces ,which are big , also very secure, and the hotel pays for the parking, just collect your ticket when driving in , and the hotel reception will frank your parking ticket and that's it, use your ticket when leaving the parkhaus,
I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions, would definitely recommend to others, the location and the free parking is a big winner for me

This modern hotel in Hiddenhausen, a village on the outskirts of Herford, is close to the A2 and A30 motorways. The cities of Bielefeld and Minden are a 30-minute drive away.

Beautiful location looks gorgeous as you enter the property cleaning was excellent. However, they allow smoking on the patio, and if people leave the door open, the smell penetrates the room. I did not realize that half the rooms are not air-conditioned, and of course, we booked a cheaper room- no AC. We received an upgrade to a junior suite for a very reasonably charge. Better than continental breakfast is included very good different breads, cold cuts, cheeses etc and even grilled salmon.
We stayed 2 nights with very busy days. I would be happy to return for a less rushed stay. Picture is morning view from room
