We loved everything about this wonderful hotel. It’s like staying in a museum. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Well equipped with lots of electrical outlets and space for belongings. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat. Free covered parking right outside the door. The proprietor and his wife were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the Black Forest. Price was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate reserving here, you won’t be disappointed.

In my room when I was there. I experienced wi-fi issues For some reason the signal was not reaching my room. I complained about it and they offered to switch my room but I think it might have been a router location issue but other than that this place was exceptional I highly endorse it.

Everything was great, except that a net mosquito at the windows is missing. We found mosquito, flies and night butterflies in the bathroom. And, when closing the windows it was getting too hot inside.

The hotel is great and the staff is very nice. Always available to help and asking if everything is ok. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and the breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety to choose from.
The location is perfect to rest and get away from the city. I totally recommend this hotel in case you need to disconnect and want to spend a few days in the nature.

Amazing hotel.
Amazing hotel. Rooms are comfortable, very clean and the decoration is simple awesome. Staff is very kind. We were very surprised by the quality of the hotel. Certainly a nice place to stay. We regretted not staying longer.
I've never been to a hotel decorated this way. It seems like every small detail was handpicked and it gives a feeling that the owners care a lot about hotel. The people we've communicated with (I assume they are owners) were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, we've slept very well.
Breakfast was great as well - delicious scrambled eggs, several meat/ham options to choose from, tasty pastry.
We would return for sure, if there is an occasion .
This hotel in Dobel is our preferred stop when travelling to Italy. Very friendly staff, large and well equiped rooms, and very clean. Breakfast in corona times was plentiful and well organised. As we are traveling with 2 Golden Retrievers, it is not always easy to find a place where we feel at ease. But this was a great match. The green surroundings and close proximity to the woods are a definite asset.
We had a "comfort double room" and it was amazing. Really large room, massive comfortable bed and really cool shower. Bedding and towels were 5 star hotel quality. We had a private terrace in the lovely gardens. The evening light display was fun. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and great coffee. Great hosts and we were made very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.
often in life we tend to say what we don’t like because you have to. I spend 150 nights per year in hotels for busines, when i am on holiday I hunt down priceless Gems away from cities and high-ways. Rossle made it the most incredible experience from ME messing up the booking myself and they sorted it out. Awesome accomodation ans excesively friendly helpfull staff.
Communication with the host was super easy, check-in and check-out smooth and flexible. All kinds of pleasantries and appliances were available to make our stay comfortable. Dobel sits directly on top of several hiking paths and we really enjoyed the blue one to Wildseemoor, as it was small, mostly wild and quiet, without people.
The hotel is decorated beautifully with unique and clever collectables and themed rooms. The bathrooms were well equipped with bidet, radio shower and cosmetics. The breakfast was great. The value was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless. The parking was free and on property.
This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.

The decor and the whole setting is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast is everything you can need on the continent and delicious. The owners make you feel so welcome and they have worked so hard to make this more than just a hotel. It's a really beautiful place.
Very unusual and different style of hotel which made it an interesting place to stay. The owner cooked us some pizzas as arrived late and restaurant was closed. We really appreciated this.
Everything was wonderful. A little problem paying by card but I think it is not because of the hotel. A lovely place! And owners are doing their best to improve this place. Good luck!
Just off the Westweg, the hotel had a terrace for drinks before dinner, a good dinner and a nice room with furnishings that reflected the hosts interests in travel and cars!
It is old hotel with a very good renovation. There is Original antique somethere. Good design, not modern. Beautiful yard and view. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly hosts.
