Comfortable and cozy, relaxed vacation in a very small village. Rural life, beautiful landscape everywhere, a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. This hotel is situated right next to the river Lahn, in a prime location and is very close to the train station. Every morning and anytime of the day was picturesque, as the river flows between mountains (which are foggy in the morning). The owner serves more than enough breakfast with freshly baked bread every morning, all filled with love. The hotel is extremely clean and is cleaned everyday. I highly recommend staying in this old cozy hotel with all the modern facilities with AC, WiFi, and other comfortable facilities. It is a good mid point to also visit towns nearby, such as Limburg, Bad Ems, Koblenz, around it.

Beautiful location, great views all around. Very comfortable rooms, excellent food, a lot of loving detail. We were a family group which had booked three bedrooms and the owner gave us deliberately one bigger room with two sofas, so we could sit together in the evening.

Warm, charming, inviting. Best to remember it is a house that had been converted into a hotel so that bathroom is small and the floors squeak. But this did not affect our stay at all. Also given it is in a small village, we were so grateful the restaurant on the ground floor stayed open till late.

Lovely hotel the rooms are well furnished and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom with a large shower. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied with large choice and the meals in the restaurant were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. We hope to stay here again soon.

Very clean basic hotel room, well maintained. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. The host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They are of Greek origin and also speak good English. It has a cosy bar and a nice beer garden at the rear. The restaurant serves excellent Greek cuisine as well as German favourites. Good cold buffet breakfast was included. Located close to the centre of this very beautiful riverside town. The tourist information office is next door.
