We spent three weeks in Germany and Dernbach was a highlight. It was beautiful, tranquil and uplifting. We had great hikes and enjoyed the huts along the way. We drank beautiful wine and enjoyed delicious food.
Hotel Dernbachtal was such a great place to stay. Frank, the owner was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious! And we loved our room. I highly recommend visiting Dernbach and staying at Hotel Dernbachtal. It did my soul a lot of good.

Dernbach is a charming small town just off the Deutsche Weinstrasse. There are some very nice local restaurants. We enjoyed one, Gaststätte Hahn, that was casual dining in a family-style atmosphere. The food was very good here. Also we enjoyed Restaurant Schneider which is a little more upscale but not overly fancy. It's a great place from which to enjoy the Pfalz.
Everything is wonderful at Hotel Dernbactal. The owner is a delight. Fun and helpful. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are large, clean, bright and beds are comfortable. You have a beautiful view of the small town and there are great hikes and trips on the wine road to enjoy. This place is a gem!
Thos hotel is not confitable to stay, There no Staf , No recepcion workers. Is very cold to stay. There is one dog very dangerous, this photos in booking , is not real, Because there not work the Pool.
