It's a truly great place to stay. With so much attention to detail the space is cosy and functional. I only stayed one night but could easily stay for a week! The room is big with lots of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners are lovely and they go above and beyond. I had a great stay and my dog really enjoyed the dedicated blanket, towel and water bowl. And the surroundings are truly beautiful with lots of green space for dog walks.

The whole place is very well thought out - very new feeling. We booked a 'twin' - it would in fact have slept 4 - there were 2 beds down each side of the room, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast (whihc was available for a long time in the morning) had plenty of choice. Bathroom was basic but clean and efficient. Bathmat was included. it's a bit out of town but very handy for the enormous swimming pool complex of Bayreuth. We didn't use them but there were some outside courts of sorts which we saw families using. The staff were very helpful. there was also plenty of parking space if you had a car. We were on public transport and the walk into the centre of town is about 20-25 minutes, a bit more for the station and festspielhaus.
