The apartment was great for a small family. The location was perfect, was just 5 min walk from the main road. Everything was clean and perfect. Also the kitchen has everything what need to cook something. The check in and check out was clear and simple. The host is very nice and the communication was easy.

The castle is very long but narrow.
The castle is very long but narrow. It locates just on the top of the ridge surrounded by Salzach river. The altstat is very nice and there are many good restaurant. It is also quite easy to visit Austria by foot by accross a bridge without any issues. Everybody can watch the longest castle from the hill of Austria side !
The host is really helpful and informative. I had some discomfort due to their renovation. She shorted out immediately after I communicated with her.
Though the location of the house is central but it is really quiet. And plenty of free parking places.
I really love the sofa bed more than their normal Bed, and had a nice sleep.
I liked the balcony unfortunately I couldn't use it due to bad weather, But I frequently travel to Burghausen I might try the balcony in the summer.
Lovely hotel in a historic building in the oldtown part of Burghausen. Walking distance from everything in downtown area - all restaurants, bars and the castle, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. The room was comfortable, well renovated for modern comforts but with lovely historic character still.

Like every year, when we make our stopover in Burghausen, the experience was great! Staff at reception friendly was helpful and the room where spacious, tide and comfortable! Definetely, we will return to this hotel!
The location in the "new town" was quite convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfasts were a special treat, probably the best we had over the course of 3 weeks in Germany. Staff were terrific.
Excellent modern hotel with friendly staff. After some disappointments with previous hotels on our road trip, this hotel made a refreshing change. A little more expensive perhaps, but well worth it.

Nice location, some of the staff speak English, the room was very confortable and beautiful. Very peculiar decoration, with castle style lamps in the hall. Good breakfast!
