There is no proper reception area, obr beeds to enter through a smoking bar. Rooms are very very small, with almost no space to place the luggage (except bed), there is no lanp next to the bed or switch for the light. The only switch is next to the door = use your phone torch to kove around. Also no sockets to fill your phone anywhere close to the bed. I travel a lot so I learnt that 5 m phone cable solves most of the problems …. All equipment and furnishings were a bit broken… bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, water was hot.

Found it difficult to locate the check-in desk. More signage outside needed.
Hotel easy to find near an highway in a semi industrial area, parking was ok, we had the last free slot, we cannot park inside the building because our car is too big. Good breakfast warm and cold things served at 06:30. Around the hotel you have at least 3 fastfoods and a chinese wok restaurant.
Second stay here, and enjoyed it just as much. It is a beautiful hotel right in the town center, with a gorgeous view from the window. The room was very nice and spacious. Very friendly and professional staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.
Convenient location for a night night stop on our travels, easy to reach from the highway, good parking behind the hotel. In a nice and quiet street. The Ritter restaurant has a great biergarten and a nice and varied food selection. Friendly and helpful staff!
Old hotel in the middle of the Büchenau, convenient parking behind the house(s), cozy patio to have breakfast/coffee in, very high quality (though oldish - but perfectly functional) appliances/bed linen/etc.
Best was that there was free parking on the site and excellent AC. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and no street noise.
Also there was hotel staff available 24 hours at front desk this was super.
Everything was okay, only the Information about the gym should remove it on your website. That was the reason I booked that hotel, but I was so disappointed that the gym is not there anymore.
