I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Krone in Bretten, Germany, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast - a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and a variety of hot dishes that left me satisfied every morning.
What truly sets Hotel Krone apart, however, is their exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and always ready with a friendly smile.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Krone exceeded all expectations. The combination of delicious breakfast, outstanding service, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bretten. Five stars without a doubt!

The property was full of character. The communal areas were very comfortable and well equipped and created a pleasant and relaxed environment. Very clean and nicely presented. Internet was good. Convenient (free) parking right outside.

A small town proud of its local history, where small museums, an old city wall and towers can be enjoyed in an afternoon. Every year their Peter and Paul Festival, 3 days the last weekend in July, brings thousands to the town. Stay at the Hotel Krone right on the Marketplace and you are a few steps away from a casual coffee or beer, or several small restaurants.
Located next to the marketplace, the Krone is an excellent home for exploring the area. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, staff great and the breakfast excellent. Parking is a bit tight at the hotel, but the civic parking next door is easy to get to and was empty when I stayed charged at €5 per night. Reception isn't manned all night, but nice touch with a fridge on the first floor containing drinks etc. and signed for on trust. I wish I had stayed longer to try the evening meals as they looked good.
I had a fantastic experience at this charming small hotel nestled in the heart of a quaint German town. Despite booking the wrong dates, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. They adjusted our reservation and had our rooms ready within just one hour. Rooms were modern and very clean. Charming view of the cozy central square with fountain and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for both its hospitality and its lovely location.
Beds were comfortable, room was cozy, hotel staff was pleasant. Everything we asked upon arrival was granted. The Parking card costs 10 euros and lasts for 24 hours, and even though we exceeded this by 2 hours, the hotel staff gave us another one for free in order to take the car outside. Even though we didn't know German, the staff demonstrated incredible English conversational skill
The hotel and room was still quite cool considering the 30degs temp outside. Bed was very luxurious. A few free drinks in the mini bar was a very generous gesture. Lovely big TV. Quiet environment. Free wifi. Nice adequate wet room with walk-in shower; decent water pressure in the shower. Very clean, and looks newly renovated.
Spacious and well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. Parking right outside. A very short drive (I walked) to the lovely medieval centre of Bretten and shops etc. I wanted somewhere peaceful to recover from my travels and it was ideal for that.
Thomas and Constanze were very kind and hospitable! The outside garden and terrace were great! The place was exceptional! If I come to Bretten again, I would be honored to stay there again!
Bed was comfortable and big for one person, Really good breakfast and well prepared. Nice staff. Clean rooms and a nice bathroom. Nice location for a hotel, but hard to find on google maps.
