The location was perfect. We could see the castle Hohenzollern from the property. It was only a 10 minute trip by car to the castle. The property was in a small town called Bisingen, very quiet and relaxing. The hosts were the nicest people and very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful in a typically South German style furnished room.
My husband had wanted to see this castle for a long time and we’re glad we did. It was a much better experience than Neuschwanstein with a lot less tourists.

When we first arrived, we were asked for our passports as ID although we hadn't been asked in two previous hotels. However, the two members of staff that night couldn't have been nicer (Jana and Louis - hope I spelled those correctly). They helped with the menu by recommending meals and dessert and also took the time to come and chat with us about our time in Germany, our lives back in the UK etc. We couldn't have asked for nicer staff ☺

Everything. The hosts were very accommodating. The food was the best we had over the two weeks travelling around Germany. Pretty environment lovely garden. Great location. Nice character rooms. Shame we hadn't found it earlier we would have stayed longer. But definitely go back if we come back to Germany.
