This was such a gem. A charming farm experience complete with lovely service. (the gingham bag of pastries on the door in the morning was a highlight) They clearly take a lot of pride in their operation. I could not recommend it enough. The rooms were modern, immaculate, and comfortable. I especially loved the farm fresh eggs and veggies available to cook in my room. The views were unparalleled as I enjoyed an evening glass of wine overlooking the meadow full of deer. A Bavarian highlight!

Adjacent to driving route connecting the Berchtesgaden, highly convenient and easy to reach. Many hiking paths also start near by which is can be time saving. Great facilities especially the kitchen, bathroom with automatic aroma diffuser, lots of sports equipment like table tennis, Billiard table (might need new cue sticks and cloth) and many fun board games. Our stay was short but worth the money and looking forward to come here for the next holidays. Spacious apartment with lot of room to relax and enjoy and especially the bad wanne. The guide maps and information books are very helpful.

Gasthaus Elvira is located cost to buy connections and also with great views of mountains such as watzmann. Several hiking opportunities directly from the stay. Also good for short trip to Salzburg, Königsee etc. Breakfast was extensive and plentiful. Rooms were very cozy. Hosts make sure that we are happy and gave us hiking tips. I would recommend it again.
Family hotel. New furniture in the room. Nice view from balcony. Hotel is at nice and quiet place. Good breakfast. Fridge with cold drinks you could buy and empty fridge for your own food. Owner is very helpful lady. Parking place at property. If you walk 100 meters from hotel you can see complete mountain side with Eagle nest.
We really loved the property, especially the homey vibe with stunning mountain views in the big balcony. The room is was so nice and comfortable with a kettle provided. The kitchen is also comfortable and well-equipped. I will come back here again if I ever go to Berchtesgaden again.
