This is the best apartment I have seen for rent. Very stylish and comfortable at the same time, everywhere is very clean. Very cozy house and great location. Every detail in the house has been thought of. But the main advantage of the apartments is the owner, Mr. Andreas, from the first minute he met me with a sincere smile on his face, and when he found out that the children were with me, he personally laid out the sofa and laid the linen and did not charge an additional fee for this. Will definitely come back if I'm around.

Besigheim is a very attractive, ancient, fortified hill town situated on a ridge between two rivers (Necker and Enz). Two of the original guard towers and one of the gates survives. There are many half timbered buildings and many rendered buildings are half-timbered underneath The small market square has a very attractive Town Hall and fountain. At either end of the main street, up the ridge, are two halls for social events. The old church at the top of the ridge has a plain interior but a most elaborate carved wooden reredos. Vinyards cling to precipitous slopes all around the town.

The old medieval town is beautiful but small.
The old medieval town is beautiful but small. It's unfortunate that the views on the main street are spoiled by the few cars that can be parked there.
There are some really good restaurants which aren't to expensive. It's best to park outside of the old town using a parking-disk which gives you a time slot to park.
The surrounding town looks like a typical modern German city. Nothing special, really. There are a lot of vineyards surrounding the town which are great for hiking. Especially during sunsets you'll get some amazing views.

Besigheim is a picturesque town on the confluence of the Necker and Enz rivers. It is essentially a long up-hill street with side streets of half-timbered and stuccoed houses. The town is surrounded by the vinyards on the hills cut by the rivers. There are several festivals during the year when the town can get very busy. Between May and September there is a large lido by the Neckar river.

A wonderful old historic town.
A wonderful old historic town. Beautiful buildings and good restaurants. The Ratsstube restaurant was exceptional. A really friendly, clean and quaint little town. I would definitely visit again. It is only 17 minutes from Tripsdrill.
It is located right in the old town, if you arrive by car it is easier to park on the square and walk to the hotel, as there are few parking places once you enter the one-way road up through old town. The hotel part is old with steep wooden stairs - the room I had was really large, with good sized bathroom and big TV. Being right in the centre of a small old town, everything like restaurants, bars, etc., are easy walking distance. The breakfast was really fine, so all in all quote perfect.
The Fachwerkhaus building was wonderful and the renovated accommodation first class. The accommodation was built to a very high standard with a basic kitchenette also included. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the bathroom of a good standard. The family owned restaurant was in an equally beautiful Fachwerkhaus next door and provided good typical German cuisine. Breakfast was provided in another nearby hotel and included in the price.
The house owners accepted my earlier arrival and I could get into the room earlier after very long day. This is the place, where you find all what you need for your stay:room with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, public car park located opposite and railway/bus station nearby. Top stay ++++, I will probably come back next time, when I will visit Besigheim.

The room is big for 2 people.
The place is clean and tidy and the receptionist is also nice and friendly.
The place is in the middle of Besigheim Stadt so almost all places are accesible.

The room is immense
The hotel is located in the middle of a very cute little German village. We had their delicious breakfast at the terrace on the next morning, with the sound of the bell and that beautiful surroundings, it was magical
The house is old, but thoroughly renovated. The room is enough large. There is a small kitchen with everything necessary to prepare your own lunch or dinner. The hotel is situated in the historical center.
