Nice, quiet place to stay. Currently some rooms under reconstruction. Once it will be great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful owner which provides good recomendations about dining near by. Quick trip / near to Messe Friedrichshafen. Complimentary water & coffe in the room.

Overall very pleasant stay, we got what we expected for the value. There is enough space for parking underground or behind the main building. Clean, breakfast buffer offers enough options.
Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are designed cleverly. There's kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator. Balcony is spacey. Free parking space in front of the building. Garden is looked after well. Rooms look better than the photos.
