Very comfortable place in the town. Easy to reach shops, cafe for breakfast, thermo pool, lake for walking, etc. Perfect for family with kids (separate rooms). And quick response from the owners. They were really flexible with special wishes. Big advantage.

Bad Saarow is a lovingly designed health resort with many small shops, restaurants, bars, a small cinema, a wonderful bathing beach with a beach bar, a boat harbor and very nice people. The area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, swimming, boating and unwinding.

Close to but away from the shore of a large lake in a small hamlet of houses, there is a boat cruise available on the lake and the walks are quiet soothing. It is a very rural setting but in no way isolated. A quiet location and the food at the hotel was second to none.
The hotel is very clean, quiet and relaxing. All the staff (from reception, restaurant and Spa) were very friendly and nice.
Most of the facilities are new and modern. Great Spa, 4 Saunas, small but modern gym (was empty most of the time), indoor and outdoor pools and small pool for babies.
Room was clean and new, looks a little smaller but didn’t felt so small for a couple. Very comfortable bed.
The location of our hotel was located right next to the lake and park, as well as next to the thermal baths, making it very convenient for our overnight stay. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. We had an additional air purifier as well. We also had a balcony, which was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. Really lovely accommodation and breakfast right next to the spa. Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.
We had a room on the inner courtyard and it was very quiet and nice. The hotel is 5min walk from the beautiful lake. We spent some fantastic time on a little beach closeby, where we would swim in the lake and drink a beer at the sunset.
