Found reception rather off-hand, the room was not in the building shown in the picture but in an annexe. No lifts, no assistance to get to the top floor!

good getting the Kurkarten fir both of us . We had free entry to the thermal baths which we enjoyed . The Hotel gave us a list of cafes and restaurants which was very helpful . Not too far from Wissembourg our next destination
The hotel decor was beautiful, and the room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The location is directly in the heart of Bad Bergzabern, and there is ample free parking only about 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Finally, the breakfast variety is one of the best I have experienced, and everything was very fresh and tasty! (The attached photos are of the parking area close to the hotel and the breakfast area).
Great room, lots of space, had everything you could ask for. Very clean. Felt safe and secure. 5min walk to town where there were restaurants, etc, and passed a bakery on the way that opened at 6am.
There were few parking places right in front of the hotel and we found a place to park there. The breakfast was fine with good selection of food. On the second night we could enjoy the sauna.
Great location close to the center. very spacious apartment that comes with all you need. very uncomplicated and easy communication with the host. would definitely stay here again.
