We spent nice day here. Whole hotel is nice, children especially enjoyed spa and ice cream during dinner :) One additionaly plus for stable wifi.

We really enjoyed our stay. We do not speak Czech nor German, but the host spoke good English so we didn't have problems with communication. The breakfast was very nice!
Very kind and friendly people are working in this family-run hotel.
The location is very nice for trips into mountains.
There is a shorter ferrata (fixed-rope climbing routes) climbing right next to the hotel, easy part is suitable for beginners. You can borrow the equipment at the hotel.
Really nice place on the outskirts of Nově Hamry. Well equipped. Great shower. Plenty of signposted walks (značená trasa) in the area. We enjoyed sitting round the big table in the evenings.
