The location is ideal. I did not have a car and the city sights, museums and restaurants were within walking distance. Mambo beach is 10 mins taxi drive away and about 40 mins walk back.
The suites are well kept and properly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The view was great. The poolside food was very good. The staff at the hotel were particularly helpful and kind, especially Cailin at the Reception desk. The staff are also very kind to the fauna around the location.
I spent more time at the hotel than outdoors on this trip (probably 60%) and the time at the hotel Enabled me to relax in a quiet environment. Yet, when I wanted I could go to the poolside bar to relax in a fun atmosphere.

Very good location in an upcoming part of Willemstad, within walking distance to all the main sights in the town, and close to both bus terminals. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities that we might have needed (though the private bathroom was separate and not ensuite). Access to shared kitchen and a coffee/tea making machine available 24/7 was a nice bonus. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Very helpful owners who arranged everything we needed (airport transfers, a boat trip to Klein Curacao etc). Most of all, welcoming atmosphere and genuine local spirit. Not everything was perfect, but we felt a part of the place and it was natural to blend in the local environment.

Breakfast included worked for our hectic schedule along with free and secure parking, great facilities, loved the private balcony and wardrobe. Also microwave and small fridge were wonderful for the double queen room.

The room was nice, we were lucky and we stayed in one in the first floor, so we didn't need to climb the stairs. The location was good and we were able to go to the center by walking (even with a car, walk is the best way to reach the center).

It was a nice stay. The Blue Bay resort is a gated community with a nice beach. The location is perfect as it is nearby the airport, close by there is a supermarket, and for the shoppers the Sambil shopping mall is close by,

Great resort, beach not crowded, snorkeling was really good and opportunity to get an introduction to scuba diving. Very close to groceries which is important if traveling with large family since cost can add up quickly if you are always eating out. We got pizza and pasta from Pictures restaurant a couple times. Safe, clean and family friendly! Very easy to get down to the Punda.
