The hostal is located directly next to Amazonian river. A very beautiful and unique place, especially for the sunset! The hole family who run the place is very kindful and helpful. You can book a completely program with a variety of experiences, in the forest, the river and an indigenious community. But also some single adventures. The guide is a local Ticuna, so you can learn a lot about the culture. I highly recommend the place ;)

Good place to chill, but it's no way a 4 star place, maybe a 2-3 star. It was a tre cabin so no much to expect, has running water heated with sun light, electricity and a toilet. Basic accomadation and hard to sleep at night if it rains as you will hear it. Overall a nice retreat outside of the city. You can use the bus that passes by 3 times a day and cost 5000 cop. Also there is a cool neighbour Ospino that will drive you around by tuk tuk, should be 20-25k to leticia. call him on +533209796914

I was impressed with my room, it offered a sizeable double bed and the accomodation itself overlooked the Amazon river. where you can admire the sunrise and sunset. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The Maloka in the center of the accommodation offered the perfect space to browse the handmade artesanias, as well as enjoy a meal and meet local people and travellers alike. I would go back in a heartbeat.

If you want to have the real Amazonas experience, we highly recommend to go to La Ceiba!!
In the communication prior to our arrival they booked our boat tickets and made our trip easy.
You get a free breakfast with fresh fruits and juice and can book further meals, which are all freshly and lovely prepared and are more than enough.
We appreciated the flexibility in booking various trips during our stay. Each activity was amazing and we learned a lot about the life, nature and the community in the Amazonas. Every staff member as well as every tour guide was always pleasant, lovely and answered all our questions.
The room even had a balcony with a hammock to observe wildlife. It was absolutely tidy and got cleaned every day. So were the shared bathrooms.
