Hard to find a team this friendly and pleasant to talk to. Very helpful, always ready to help. They all seem to pull together as a team to give the best they can to the guests. Breakfast was very good, And the place and scenery was simply spectacular. Pandora and Dante, together with the felines were a pretty lovely, that made the stay more rural, rustic which is great.

very convenient location, nice grounds and nice layout. the hotel-internal restaurant is down at the river and thus away from the busy road, next to the pool, making it possible for parents to relax as well as supervise children. My room faced the river and was bigger than expected, was clean and very bright.

Locations is on the main square. Staff are absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and helpful even with our poor Spanish. The Tejo night organised was a lot of fun and brought together travellers from all over the city. They also organised taxis to and from the event for free. Wasn’t very busy while we were there so not super social but I can imagine it would be if full as there are nice areas to hang out.

The entrance and lobby is grand, the hotel is clean, breakfast was good and the pool was nice in a hot day. Location was great, within a short walking distance to “El Parque El Gallineral”, and easy to get in and out of San Gil.

Very friendly owner who was super helpful. The rooms are basic but it has everything you need, is clean and has a hot shower. The pool is lovely in the heat of San Gil and there are nice lounge areas. The owner stored our bags for a few moments so we could have dinner before we went to the terminal which is at 1 minute distance
