A very clean and nice hotel. Excellent for our stopover in Neiva before flying to Bogota. Located only 10min away from the airport. The children had a great time in the swimming pool!

There is basically not much to see in Neiva from a turistic point of view. They have an archeological museum but it is closed at the weekends. The waterfront is pretty badly maintained and not much of the river water can be seen. Some of the food vendors in the market take advantage of the foreigners and double the prices. Unless you are really interested in seeing what this city looks like, it is not worth it. The place is hot, with temperatures of 32-34 in the day and 22-23 during the night.

Really not much to to do there. Busy downtown area like most Colombian cities, few things to see by the riverside. 1 day is more than enough. Climate hot and humid.

Neiva looks sad, abandoned, and dangerous. There is nothing interesting to see. Stay away. I stayed there one night and it was too long. Certain hotels show pictures that do not represent reality. Don’t fall for it.

There is not much to visit in this town.
There is not much to visit in this town. Also it is quite dirty in many tourist spots. For the first time in Colombia I had the impression, that some people are extremely unfriendly. My recommendation is, if You have to go there, stay only as long as necessary and leave the town as soon as possible.
For me the Tatacoa desert is also no place that You have to visit. I was quite disappointed.
There is one bus company, that serves most places: Coomotor.
These people are very unfriendly.
Hot water. Many hotels in Colombia don't have that.

The air conditioning functioned well and it was not too close to the bed. In many OTHER hotels here the air conditioning blows right onto the bed and the temperature cannot be regulated; they just blow colder and colder.
If you don't see what you want at breakfast you can special order it.
What I like most about this hotel is the family that runs it. They are absolutely lovely and make you feel very welcomed and ensure you enjoy your stay and have everything you need. Carmenza will cook delicious and filling breakfast for you. The room is super clean and smells nice. and this hotel is definitely your best option if you need to stay a night or two near the terminal.
We Only stayed for One night so we only really used the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the Room had a private toilet. The best part of this place is the owner, who went above and beyond to make US comfortable. He picked US up from the bus terminal and gave US a Room away from the street. He was really Nice and welcoming and is trying to improve the place.
Basic hotel but clean and all you need. There are a few rooms with a window but ... the windows are painted black! So only usefull if you have a room with a fan, with airco you will be in the dark. Depending on what you pay you will have either fan or airco.
The owner Luis was extremely attentive and helpful. His place was comfortable, clean, and quiet. He was an excellent host and even helped us carry our bags out to the main street to catch a taxi. He can arrange tours and knows Neiva very well.
Holds what it promises, clean confortable, simple rooms. The staff was very nice and looked out for our safety. There is a nice Italian restaurant right next to the hotel, so if you don‘t feel safe in the area you don‘t have to walk far.
Does the job for a one night stay. The bed is huge, the room has AC and a balcony. The basics are there. The best part of the hotel is the staff, always helpful.
The Hostel is very nice. Staff is so kind and helpful. We took the tatacoa desert trip through the hotel and it was very nice. Rooms and bathroom are clean.
