Location. The beach front and the lagoon are so beautiful. The friendly staff. A big thank you to Kat, Israel, Jen, Rowena, Michael and the lovely lady who made all my cocktails perfectly. All of those lovely people made our stay wonderful. The hotel was very clean, beds super comfortable and the cleaning staff did a good job. We particularly liked the free alcoholic drinks and snacks every day at 3pm. Lovely hotel. Highly recommend

Staff were amazing, vibe was exactly what you want in an island resort. Rooms were well set up and serviced daily by the most delightful housekeeper. Activities at the resort were well thought out and executed. Cocktail menu never fails to please, pool was well engaged but never too busy. Food divine.

Raewyn was a awesome host. We stayed in 4bdrm home right on the beach beautiful view to wake up to every day and swim daily. The Dogs galahad, yappy and Theo are awesome guard dogs to take care of you and very friendly. I would recommend staying here for big group families its affordable and self catering bring your own grocery from nz.

We hired a car so the location was great for us- it didn't take us long to get anywhere. Wigmore's Superstore was across the road, so super handy and the takeaway next to it was great. They battered some fish for us that we caught on a charter. Antipodes restaurant was fantastic.

Great part of the island. Not too busy and touristy. Buses were easy to catch ($30 for 10 trips), not always on time, but convenient and cheap. Wigmores general store and other little huts in walking distance, sold all that we needed. Highly recommended. The snorkeling and swimming in that area awesome too.

The location was great for the best snorkelling and some of the best eateries and bars. We hired scooters which helped but the bus stop was only a short walk away. Our trip highlight was the Ariki tour swimming with turtles and would return to do it again.
The villa location is not on the beach but the view over the hills and bush was stunning and the roosters weren't such a problem. It was also a little cooler in the evening than down the hill so another bonus.
If you're expecting a brand new polished resort accomodation you would be choosing the wrong place. It has been lived in and it shows, however it was great value for $$ and nothing would put us off booking the Villa again.

The house is stunning and far exceeded our expectations, we loved everything about it and our very gracious hosts, Connie and Charleen! The house has everything one could need for a lovely and relaxing holiday, kitchen is modern and immaculate, bedrooms well appointed, lovely bathrooms and brand new kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling gear - thank you we will certainly come again!

Away from it all, you can relax and scooter to main part of rarotonga in 15 minutes going left. With wigmores supermarket to the right. Fruits of Rarotonga is a great snorkeling spot too. Just Google maps around inland.
