The room was clean, quiet (as per our request) and comfortable. The location was great for Winterthur, just next to the main shopping street while the train station is only within a few minutes' walk. There were many restaurants nearby. Staff, including Thomas, Petra and Jasmine, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that Winterthur is a beautiful city and the hotel is in the old town close to parks.

Lovely hotel, good location. Excellent connection to both the airport and the city center. Everything is as in the description of the hotel.
