This was a one night stay for our 6-membered family in room with 6 beds with shared bathroom and we were a little worried if this accomodation would be comfortable enough for us to rest. In the end it turned out beyond our expectations - the beds are solid and large enough, there are three huge and clean shared toilettes/bathrooms and there is also clean and equipped small kitchen and dining room for sharing, so we made a breakfast in the morning. The house is very nice and quite, in the beatiful and peaceful surrounding (definitely worth of visiting for more than one day) and the hosts are very kind.

Stayed here for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area is quiet, charming, and conveniently located. The staff were all welcoming and nice, the room was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in!
We also ate at the restaurant which was cozy and delicious.

Very nice design of the main entrance and rooms. very friendly staff and spaciest parking with direct access to check in or even your rooms. Spa has breathtaking view of the mountains. I liked the clean room and incredible breakfast that had a great variety of different food, sweet and not, and everything was really very tasty.
The bar offers also very nice drinks that were beautifully served.

After visited 70 countries in the 🌍, some dozens of time & have stayed in hundreds of hotels and appartments - this house was as sparkling clean as Armani Dubai hotel which also impressed me by its cleaness. I have no idea who is cleaning this house but she/he deserves double golden medal. you cannot find a single, microscopic dust there, which is for such a tidy person like me was like a paradise! Also the beds are very comfortable and you have excellent Jura coffee mashine. Very- very recommended!
The best is the manager. Breakfast was included in the price we paid ahead but we had to leave early and therefore could not have breakfast at the hotel: the manager prepared us a bag full of sandwiches, fruits, water and candies and put it in front of our bedroom door. We were stucked in italian trafic the whole day (and that was not planned!) and those sandwiches saved the day! A big thank you! Also, there is a nice restaurant which serves good food and which is children friendly.

The beds were really comfortable and generally the hotel was very clean and well presented.
We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Freshly prepared meals with ingredients from their own garden which was a lovely touch.

We booked Hotel Gerig because of its proximity to the Gottard Tunnel. the room was clean and functional and dinner and breakfast were lovely in a nice setting. we were travelling with our senior dog and the owner swapped our room so we had less stairs to climb which was appreciated. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Great location near entrance to St Gottard tunnel so you can beat the queues. Comfortable room (slightly low on 2nd floor but I am very tall). On site bar, restaurant. Restaurant prices expensive but it's Switzerland I guess! Food quality really good, great breakfast. Residents lounge with games and books. Will return.

A lovely, although a bit aged, hotel just in the beginning of sustenpass. Staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was cozy and practical, and the breakfast was great. Also, the restaurant had reasonable prices for dinner 😉. Bike storage was possible in the garage.
Owners were very helpful, allowed us to park our motorcycle in their garage.
Our evening meal was excellent and a good night sleep was had.
Location next to the start of the susten pass so no chance of getting lost.

It is placed near to the Gotthardtunnel and the Sustenpass. Within 1 minute you are in the highway A2 again. The hotel itself is basic, but fine. Free car parking for guests, clean (shared) bathroom and ok breakfast.
