Price was great. Room was small but we didn’t stay in the room and so didn’t mind. Bathroom was small but it was newer and worked great with good water pressure. We walked to and from the train station in about 15 mins. There was a bus that we could’ve taken just outside the hotel. The hotel provided a transportation card that we used for free bus rides. Our favorite things in the area for our short visit - walks along the lake, Charlie’s World (a surprisingly great thing to do), and Chateau de Chillon.

A lovely spot on Lake Geneva with beautiful views. (I personally think it's the most beautiful place on the whole lake.) It's no wonder that Charlie Chaplin chose to live in this area. When you stay you receive a Riviera Card which gives you free bus travel to places like nearby Montreux, which is also well worth a visit.

Sweet little town close to Montreux. Quiet over the weekend with a few interesting sights to visit. Nice lakeside with lots of restaurants and cafes (all closed on Sunday when we visited). Quite a few cute cafes were open in the town though.

Beautiful relaxing little town. Walked around the waterfront and the old town. Also loved the easy access to Geneva and the small towns around.
I'd probably avoid staying in the area next to the station coz it felt sketchy.

Vevey is a lovely small city on Lake Geneva. It has old cobblestone streets in the historic area, and lovely sidewalks all along the lake. It's a convenient hopping off point for other interesting places to visit and a stone's throw from Chillon Castle.

We came to Vevey specifically to see the Charlie Chaplin...
We came to Vevey specifically to see the Charlie Chaplin museum/estate, as my wife was a Chaplin/silent film fan since she was a child. Well worth the trip with a full overview of Chaplin's life, family life, movie career, and humanitarian interests. Plan to spend 4-5 hours there.
The owner or the manager comes across as a bit closed at the beginning but once he warms up to you he is really friendly. The restaurant that goes with the hotel does a really nice job by way of selection of food and certainly in its preperation. Nice card of wine to choose from makes it an easy choice after your arrival.
The hotel has sufficient parking and if you are short of gas, the gas station is 2 meters away. If not less.
Beautiful grand hotel in the old style, well maintained. Nice suites. Lovely touches like a chocolate gift in room upon arrival and chocolate upon leaving, as well as free mineral water every day and Nespresso machine. Much appreciated. The breakfast was of reasonably high quality and I appreciated the fresh orange juice and delicious bread. But it WAS expensive, so I wouldn't expect any less.
As we traveled from Dublin Ireland in our electric car, I was very pleased with the electric vehicle charging facility at this property. The Hotel property is set in a beautiful location that has stunning views of Lake Geneva.
When we were checking in at this property, we were greeted by a mature man who was extremely informative, very friendly, polite, and very welcoming.
The hotel was on top of a mountain and provided us with an upgrade to a room with a wonderful lake and mountain view. It was also conveniently close to a funicular that took us down to Vevey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to install a bidet shower in the WC. Additionally, the hotel gave us a free transportation pass

The hotel was very supportive and flexible. They accommodated an additional guest along with me on short notice, were prompt in responding to my messages. Helped us with whatever questions we had. Gave us a Montreux-Riveria travel card which provided free travel and discounts throughout the region.
Great Location, good breakfast, fantastic view over the lake! Beautiful balconies. Friendly and helpful stuff! Lovely terrace within the hotel grounds. A place from where you almost do not want to go anywhere :) plus pet friendly!!! our cat had a "reception" with a welcoming meal and a bed.
Pretty basic accommodation. No frills but clean enough. Breakfast was functional, the onsite restaurant however was just outstanding and totally unexpected given the basic nature of the hotel. I’d come back for the restaurant but maybe not the rooms.
We liked that is was close, that is walking distance to the Chaplin World, which was the purpose of our visit! "Downtown" is walkable from the hotel However the hotel give you free passes to the bus, which really came in handy.
So close to train station. 5 minute walk to lake. Lots of shopping and restaurants on door step.
We chose to stay here when visiting Montreux Jazz Festival and it was very easy to travel back and forth from Vevey to Montreux.
Great theme hotel based on Chaplin’s modern times film. Spacious rooms, high standard parking facility, free train ride to Vevey center, fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff.

Restaurant was excellent for dinner. The hotel staff were some of the best we have encountered. Everything in the room was so comforting... hard to list all of the details included in the room but we felt so special!
