The staff were lovely, the room was great with an excellent view from our room. I think the room could be improved with a fridge, but that's just personal preference and nothing I am complaining about.
The hotel is super close to the train station and bus stops, which were very easy to navigate.

Great location for station. Walking distance to old town and to lake. Staff are all absolutely lovely. Allowed us to leave our luggage before and after stay which was really useful for is. Room had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean.

A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing.
Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful.
Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.
The hotel is right next to the train station and boat pier so very easy access to Geneva.
