Perfect location in the heart of Romainmotier. Our host reached out to us throughout the booking process and on the day of arrival to welcome us. She promptly assisted when I reached out with questions and made a very lovely dinner recommendation. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and equipped with amenities. The on-site restaurant was good. The staff were efficient. When I contacted the hotel after departure pointing out that they still had a security deposit of mine 'pending' on my credit card, they were quick to rectify the error and release the funds. We enjoyed the breakfast and our dinner in the restaurant.

Great facilities - We recommend booking the signature massage at the spa. Good Breakfast included with lots of options. Staff were amazing and handled all of our requests promptly. The architecture and design of this hotel is beautiful we loved our room.
