We like the visit of the old part of the town visiting Abbaye the St. Gall , the historical buildings. Visit to the textile musuem was interesting. We wish more restaurants were open on a Sunday night.

The hotel was modern and clean, near the city center and right next to the train station. The stay and breakfast were fine. Only parking was not included, we had to park outside the hotel with an extra charge.

Very beautiful medieval town.
Very beautiful medieval town. One of the five most impressive and libraries in the world. The city has plenty of activities to choose from. Easy to walk around, full of nice restaurants with good beer and good food. Nice train station from which one can go on a one-day Appenzell trip.

Abby’s library was the best visit ever. I’ve learned a lot (explanations were interesting and not too many info) and it is beautiful. Interior of the cathedral is unusually bright.
Strolling through the old town was beautiful experience.
Above all I loved the behavior of the staff, both of the staff members I met in the morning and late in the evening were extremely friendly and went beyond their jobs to inform me about the location and accommodate my request for a late checkout the next day. I will always recommend this hotel for visitors to St. Gallen and will consider it for my future visits.
The hotel's location is quite conveniently close to a shopping mall with IKEA inside.
The receptionist was so nice, friendly and helpful! He could be the nicest person we encountered with during our trip. Everything was very well explained, they provided us with umbrellas and a really close parking space. The hotel was really clean and silent, we had a great sleep. It was close to every where, the bathroom looked brand new and it was super clean. It also had a good breakfast, we’d definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
The bed was perfect. The room was quiet, which is a main request for us because we are away all day. The bathroom was big.
Wifi was super fast. Room temperature was adjustable. The staff was super helpful, we had an extra request which was met immediately. The acommodation was close to the railway station, about 5 min, which led to the main railway station in St. Gallen.

The hotel was close to Neumarkt Shopping Centre for supermarkets, and close enough to St. Gallen old town for scenic walks, the cathedral and dining options. We liked the table football in the lounge area. Although David 22 is unstaffed, Mara in the Sorell Hotel City Weissenstein over the road was friendly and helpful.
EH Saturn is located in a very quiet area near St. Gallen's Hospital complex, which makes for very quiet and relaxed walks at night. On foot, it takes only 10-15 minutes to hit the city center where the shops and restaurants are plentiful, while supermarkets are even closer by. We found both the room and location to be very relaxing.
We wanted a queen size bed & the hotel managed to accommodate us. The room was spacious and the amenities was great. The breakfast the staff was friendly & accommodating. There still could be a better variety with regards to breakfast. We stayed only 1 night as it was good value for money. Thanks
While the hotel boasts a central location, which might be appealing to some, this feature was vastly overshadowed by the unbearable noise from the nearby river and the unhelpful attitude of the staff. The central location simply cannot compensate for the lack of peace and poor customer service.

the hotel is in a new building just of the highway but it is still quiet. The rooms are very comfy with nice size. To the old town of St. Gallen and the city center you need to go by car. Breakfast and the bar are in a different building and there is a small outside area.
I stayed for one night only and my check-in was quite late (around 22.30h) but the instructions I got were very clear and I got into the room very easily. Everything was very clean and convenient. Will definitely return if I need to stay overnight in St. Gallen again.
It is a convenient location, a few minutes from St. Gallen train station. A COOP supermarket is within walking distance and easily accessible. We enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast very much. It's a compatible price around Zurich /St. Gallen area.
