Superb location - very close to both the train station and the lake. The apartment was bright and clean and had everything we needed, including lovely mountain views! The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We really liked the roof terrace, and it was a quiet time of year (April), so we generally had it to ourselves to enjoy the sunset!
