When I contacted the hotel after departure pointing out that they still had a security deposit of mine 'pending' on my credit card, they were quick to rectify the error and release the funds. We enjoyed the breakfast and our dinner in the restaurant.

Perfect location in the heart of Romainmotier. Our host reached out to us throughout the booking process and on the day of arrival to welcome us. She promptly assisted when I reached out with questions and made a very lovely dinner recommendation. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and equipped with amenities. We enjoyed the picnic basket breakfast ~ the jams were delicious! Loved the ease of 24 hour self-check in and the availablity of lockers to store luggage should that be needed. Thank you!

Lovely big room, shared bathroom. Great to have a kitchen to share. Washing machine available. Great location in the centre of Orbe, close to shops, supermarket etc.
Olivier was there to meet me and show me round, very helpful.
Nice hotel, staff is welcoming and helpful, they made sure our bikes were safe overnight, they did their best to accommodate us. Area is quiet. Bedroom quite spacious and nicely decorated.
