Absolutely amazing! What can be better than having a whirpool, sauna and steam bath inside the room for your pivate use???
Decoration was beautiful and there were a lot of extra facilities: chargers, Netflix, bath products, minibar, tea and coffee machine etc.
Bed was super comfy too and breakfast served in the room was amazing!
Yvonne cared so much for everything! She made sure that we had everything we needed and communication was superb. We could check-in earlier and check-out later. She even helped my boyfriend to organize a surprise and decorated all the room for our engagement and prepared a fondue dinner for us in the room. I will never forget our stay there 😊

Excellent little hotel right on the cross-country ski tracks (Sonnenloipe). Perfect location for a week in Goms or just a couple of days. Friendlky staff and really excellent breakfast. Bar serves very nice beer and offers an interesting combination of Thai and Swiss dishes on the evening à la carte menu. One of my regular places to stay in Gommertal!

Location. It is great. I visited in beginning of October and it was easy to get there by public transport during that time (it might be different when snow covers the mountain pass).
Tickets for some of the local cable cars were included and for some other ones I got a discount (I've used free cable cars only as I've stayed for one day and there was only that much I could visit).
I would really encourage to walk around the lake that is down from the hotel as it is beautiful and the view from the dam is also great!
Breakfast was very nice as well.
One thing to keep in mind - hotel is high up (1900-2000 meters) and if you are not used to mountain hotels, you might have worse sleep quality, not because of the beds or something, but because air is thinner up there and your body need to adjust to that.

Definitely worth the money and perfect for a long weekend in an amazing area very suitable for all kind of outdoor sports. Oberwald is a very nice village. it was very clean, very welcoming and super friendly owners, comfortable beds, quiet; good, solid breakfast. perfect place to stay while in the area. the food at the restaurant was great, price was reasonable for the area and Switzerland in general. the village is also super cute to walk around and there is a really interesting ski museum that’s free and is run by an avid skier.
Delightful village with friendly people. The proprietor is a gem... he picked us up from the Bahnhof and was very kind and helpful during our stay. The Hotel has secure bicycle storage in the garage below. The Hotel has a very good restaurant in which we saw a number of locals, always a good sign.
Beautiful smaller hotel situated right by the most wanted Swiss passes. Very friendly owners and especially great cuisine. You can park your motorbike in the common garage if you travel by motorbike. The rooms are smaller but adequately equipped and above all the hotel environment is very homely.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, my bedroom was modern, comfortable and well equipped (even a mini-bar!) and the owner and staff were charming people. I will definitely head back when next in the area.
Excellent location for sleepover while traveling the passes. Also excellent base for hikes in the surrounding area. Hotel staff is very friendly, food is excellent, what more is there to ask for?
