Junior Suite was excellent although the television would have been better in the sitting area rather than the bedroom. Beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is located in the centre of Brig / Naters, a place to relax among the Alps and some beautiful lakes. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation and a large garden area.

The standard of the room was high and immaculate. With a large veranda facing the other building and parking. What we didn't know was that the hotel had its own beer and brewery. Not a downer that either!

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place!
The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gilbert was an exceptional host, providing thoughtful recommendations and being incredibly responsive to all my questions.

The view from the room was absolutely spectacular, of the entire valley below and the mountains surrounding it, like something from a movie! The room is cute, cozy and clean, with a renovated and spotless clean bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff (owner?) very nice.
Hotel is located next to the gondola station so really convenient to arrive! Belalp is a wonderful location for hiking or even easy walks, with breathtaking views! Perfect visit, and i would love to visit again!

Nice hotel, with very nice spa facilities and very welcoming staff. We had new year's eve dinner at the hotel and food was very good (and nicely presented). Breakfast, continental type, with high variety of dishes and also of good quality.

We did not ordered this hotel, it was instead another one cancelled by another property, which Booking did find for us. Hotel was good, clean and nice, from one side better than we ordered hotel, but from another - like many other hotels, just standard.
I was really pleased with my room. I hadn't been back to this hotel for 3 years (since COVID) and my room was far better than the last time. I felt I was pampered and everything exceeded my expectations since the renovation of the hotel.
