Very charming traditionally buillt hotel built chalet (very old with lots of character). We travelled around Switzerland for 10 days and loved our 4 days in Interlaken and at this wonderful gem of a hotel and restuarant. Rooms were modern with access to a number of UK TV channels to watch once we went to bed (and it was comfy). The breakfast was wonderful (especially the bread) and a hot drinks machine server different coffees. Switzerland cost of living is very high, the restaurant food was worth every penny and is a credit to the chef and waiting staff. There is a regular bus service to Interlaken OST and West train stations, but we could walk comfortably in 20 mins for our evening stroll. The local paragliders landed nearby which was interesting to watch. WiFi also very good which allowed me to keep an eye on my emails.
100% will return again (this was the best hotel we stayed at foe pur entire time in Switzerand)

The location, the hotel staff, the spa facilities, the wonderful spa treatments, the delicious food and excellent waiters and waitresses,
the ease of transport by bus or boat (free bus ticket provided plus discounts on activities in the area)..... the list goes on and on.
Most importantly we came home relaxed and rejuvenated from this lovely experience.
We were comfortable in our spacious room with a wonderful view of lake and mountains. It was quiet and private. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Dinner and breakfast were excellent with extremely good buffets. We had good spa experience, the salt pool and the gardens are fabulous. Our dog was welcome and the hotel rules were clear and sensible. A very enjoyable stay and we hope to return.

The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel right on Lake Thun was spectacular and the areas for dining or enjoying a pre-dinner drink overlooking the lake was a wonderful plus. The grounds are beautifully cared for with gorgeous flowers and palm trees. The food was extremely good, the spa facilities were top-rate and the gracious staff made our stay such a pleasure. A special thank you to the staff for our surprise at dinner on our 50th wedding anniversary!
We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel.

The hotel has wonderful location on the shores of Lake Thun and just opposite mount Nielsen.
The facilities are exceptional, the staff helpful and professional. It is an excellent base for exploring the region. Local bus stops just outside the hotel. The half board was of a very high standard.
The hotel is located in a gorgeous place, the views are breathtaking. A lot of stuff on a small territory - pools, a spa, a small beach, a lounge zone, and restaurants. Super-nice kids and dog welcome packs!
