I really enjoyed the breakfast - the atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well supplied. The coffee machine was a really nice touch. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room in excellent condition.

Convenient location on our road trip around Switzerland. Like stepping back in time to an era gone by. At one time this would have been a prominent hotel but now somewhat dated. Good Value and Clean. Nice Restaurant and Friendly Staff

Great place, spacious, very welcoming host and games for the children such as ping pong table and table football. We enjoyed the large communal area that we could use and also the well equipped kitchen.
We will definitely come back.

The room was basic but clean, with no real view considering where it's located. The area looked a bit sketchy on arrival, but all was fine - it's just a bit out of town, and borders a sports ground, so was deserted late at night.

Difficult to give a balanced review, when the stay starts on a big lie.
It is not a fully private appartement like described. It is just a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment. The description and the photos are made explicitly to make you believe it is.
I didn't take the time to read the review, my lesson.
For the rest, it is a very good stay, even the owners are friendly and helpful. Even more a shame!

The hotel was very close to the station so easy to walk there. The staff were very helpful. I was able to walk from there to the Art museum.
I have been to Martigny many times, and as I speak French I had no problems at all.
there was nothing tht I would avoid.

I arrived not long after 8pm. There was not a single person around. The keys were on an envelope, I arrive in my bedroom: difficult to believe : there were no pillows on the bed . I look in the cupboard, in every corner of the room. : No PILLOWS to be found anywhere, I call the number given in the reception 3 times. Nobody answers my calls. What kind of service is this ? Incredible but true. I wrongly assumed that Switzerland had an honest,well-run, reliable hotel structure. Turned out to be below the minimal service one expects
The best thing about the hotel is it’s personnel. I especially appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Irene at the front desk. Also Erica, from housekeeping, who not only did her job well but always greeted me with a smile. The buffet breakfast provides a good value meal. The hotel location is perfect.
A modern hotel with all the amenities. Nice room, modern bathroom. All very comfortable. A good restaurant and a really good big breakfast available which is important for a bicycle tourist. I like the art theme. Lots of interesting books about artists to browse in the bar.
