Lovely design hotel in the heart of Flims. The location couldn't be better, right by the lifts and just a few minutes from the train station. Charming coffee shop and various shops in the attached STENNA Flims area, adding to the convenience. The room design and attention to detail were great, and breakfast was delightful. The Spa also was really relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

location is good for ski/boarders bus station and train station right outside the front door with a 10 minute commute to LAXX bus to take 411 LAXX.
I would recommend this hotel and resort for a quiet ski holiday to relax with friends, we will be back!
The hotel is super well located, just by the Ilanz train station, and a 10 min drive from Falera or Laax ski lifts. The room we had was great, spacious, with balcony and a pretty view to the city. Breakfast was simple but with quality, good eggs, bacon, breads and spreads. Also, there was limited free parking, but a paid covered garage direct under the building, which was quite convenient considering the blizzard we caught. I would love to be back!
I originally intended to stay in Chur but decided that Ilanz was better suited to my travel needs. A good choice! The hotel was ideally situated opposite the railway station as I was travelling between Disentis and Chur by rail. It is relatively new, spacious and has a restaurant on the ground floor offering a good choice of food and drink. Highly recommended and I will have no hesitation in staying there again if I am in the area.
The hotel and especially the room was excellent. It was something between modern and old style furniture. The bathroom was very good equipped. We even had a balcony with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there was nothing that wasn't there. They even had a bicycle room free of charge. We will come again - definitely!

We appreciated the very friendly staff and the quality/freshness of the food. The restaurant of the hotel serves a selection of Thai dishes that are excellent. The rooms are very clean and quite well insulated from noise. The hotel has a parking space that we could use for free and it is 10-15 minutes by car from two excellent ski resorts.
Breakfast was great. Room very nice the restaurant was a highlight. Central hotel good as base of activities all around.
Staff very helpful. To my surprise when arriving the clerk told me the room had been reserved but not paid. I paid again. He later refunded the paid amount when the payment showed up.
The staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were separate as described (only across the hall). The hotel was really clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. The hotel had lockable storage for bicycles. We ate at the hotel and the food was really good.

Breakfast was nice, they were very accommodating to our pet dog and we had a nice meal at the hotel in the evening. We were skiing in Laax so a short drive (10 mins) from the hotel to the resort on both days to go skiing.
Rooms and location are spacious, located in a quiet area a little above the village of Ilanz. It is an easy walk up from the main road. Food is from local products and is served in a traditional fashion.
The hotel is very pretty and modern. The rooms are modern, very clean and the view from the big windows is superb. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.
