We love the place, so clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great too many choices—beautiful view of the Zurich lake.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
The only thing we don't like is that we need to leave early to go to another place. I would love to stay more and relax.
Highly recommended!

The rooftop bar area was the best part of this hotel! The view was beautiful. The room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far in Switzerland! They also offer electric bikes for hotel guests to use free of charge which was a bonus. And there is free parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Breakfast was good. Receptionist helpful and courteous.
The room I was originally assigned stank of smoke. Although now a no smoking room, the curtains still retained the smell of stale cigarettes and there was a burn mark on the desk. Just to clarify, I was once a smoker so I wasn’t being over sensitive.
The receptionist found me a room on another floor as soon as she had received my complaint.
Hurden is a lovely, peaceful place.
Easy and free parking, despite the location being on a very busy road there is a pathway you can use to walk into town, or an easy one stop on the train from the station at Hurden. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a problem with our room when we arrived and whilst that wasn't ideal, it was resolved satisfactorily and quickly. The room was very hot, but a fan was provided.
The rooms are in excellent condition. Very clean, all the facilities in the room are kept and looks like new.
The staff (on the days they stayed at the hotel) were very kind.
The bar and restaurant on site are great with a good atmosphere and good food and drinks.
location, location, location. view from the restaurant terrace is super. food is excellent as is the quirky service.
Hotel room is not the most modern we’ve seen but good enough for a nice sleep. Rapperswil is a 15 minute walk away via the wooden bridge
The breakfast was ok, the coffee great, the stuff very friendly. I liked the lake view, the terasse and the restaurant in general. The tube is not too far away. Hurden is nearby and worth to be visited.
