We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. The staff was really friendly, we had a nice sized room with a big bed, the room was very clean. Our room was right on the street and we thought it would be loud at night, but it was so quiet that we slept like babies. There are lots of nice restaurants located right in the area of the hotel. We arrived by bike, and the hotel had a bike room where our bikes were locked up safely. The real highlight for us was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very high and all of the food offered were local products (From the bread, to the jam, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, meats, juice, you name it).

The hotel is right next to the train station. It's very central. The room is very large, has a good view, and the bathroom was new and very stylish. The bed was very comfy, and was quite big. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
The staff was very welcoming and the customer service generally exceptional, without feeling too full-on. The room had an incredible view of the whole lake of Zürich and was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the food was really good! We had dinner at Collina restaurant and were very impressed with the food quality and the service there too. Great overnight stay and lovely to combine with a day in the spa! (The view you have from just about everywhere in the hotel really is amazing!)

This was quite simply the best hotel stay I have had in Switzerland. It was excellent on every level. The spa area is so relaxing with an amazing view of Zurich lake, the breakfast is incredible - so much range and high quality food and drinks and the service is second to none. So impressed and grateful for this brilliant stay!
Very very big room, the most comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of free parking near the hotel. Great Italian restaurant near the entrance and an Aldi supermarket in walking distance (3-4 minutes).
Breakfast cost 12.00 Chf extra if you want, it was very simple so we bought fruit and yoghurts from the nearby Aldi.
Business-traveler oriented hotel; very spacious, fairly modern room and bathroom, very large and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast included in the price. Price performance very reasonable. Smooth self-check-in and self-check-out procedures. Wifi connection was good.

It’s a small, family-run hotel, with very large rooms, comfortable and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Breakfast is savoury and complete. Their Italian restaurant is a plus!
The hotel and the spa are awesome. Massage was very good. When they didn't prepare a proper cocktail, they did apologize with a card and some chocolate.
