Clean modern hotel. Staff were very obliging. Close to train station, very easy to get into centre of Lucerne. Good range of shops, bars, and restaurants close by.

Fantastic location on the river and easy walk from the train station. I have stayed here several times in a single room with balcony overlooking the river. Great on Saturday market days. Breakfast in the Hotel overlooking the river and mountains used to be a highlight but no longer offered in that way which is very disappointing.
The Ibis Luzern-Kriens offers a quiet yet central location at the foot of Mount Pilatus, next to the A2 motorway and only a few minutes away from Lucerne.
