Everything about this hotel is perfect. Situated in a dreamy location, it offers stunning and relaxing views. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful, and great with kids. On arrival we were told that we were being given a free upgrade to a larger room, which turned out to be a suite with a great view of Mount Pilatus. It was a really interesting old building, which had been modernised in a very sympathetic and tasteful way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient for various bus routes.

The Hotel was very conveniently located for the 'Old Town' areas of Lucerne, whilst just a short walk to the lake, the old walls and many restaurants and bars. Our room was a very good sized and was serviced every day with complementary liquid soaps/bodywash in the bathroom. The location was around 15mins walk from the main station so very easy for transfers. Breakfast was buffet style offered a good range of meats, boiled eggs, cheese and pastries. A range of juices, tea and coffees were available.
