Location was amazing. Be aware GPS has the wrong destination, when you think, you arrive still must go 10 more minutes up the hill until the end of the road. Service, food and lodging are fantastic.

Pretty bathroom with a lot of cosmetics and even candles, aromatherapy gadgets and a little radio (!). Comfortable and simple bedroom. Extremely well-equipped kitchen with coffee capsules, tea, mineral water and fruits provided. The surrounding area is very calm and quiet. Good quality wi-fi and a parking place very appreciated.

Very good location, very clean and comfortable house, has everything we needed to stay with a family for one night and to cook dinner and breakfast. Kids liked the house a lot . Very nice owners.
Very convenient to get to nearby towns. Buchs is very scenic and clean, and a great place for walking if you're up for it. Bus service is easy and uncomplicated. Good food, and lots of shopping in the area. Friendly people. Watch the taxi rates, as they seem to vary widely from driver to driver. Any cab ride within town should only cost around 10 francs. One cabbie charged us 30 francs to take us up a nearby mountain to our hotel, a place called called the Berghaus Malbun. Later I asked a different cabbie what he would charge (without mentioning the first cabbie), and he said he charged 15 francs for the same ride.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Good beer at a reasonable price for the location. Fantastic mountain hikes on your doorstep.
But the very best thing is SARAH. A delightful young lady, who seems to do almost everything in the restaurant/reception area. So cheerful, helpful, professional and fun. The hotel is very lucky to have her. We’d come back just to see Sarah again! In fact we stayed an extra night this time.
The location is right in the middle of Buchs, which is very convenient. There are about 20 various grocery stores within a ten minute walk. I forgot to message or call ahead of time to have someone meet me there with the keys, but after messaging upon my arrival, someone met me within 5 minutes! We stayed there to visit Liechtenstein which was a short 5 minute drive, which saved a couple hundred dollars compared to a similar place in Liechtenstein. Finally, they provided us with a crib at no additional cost.
I am a little disappointed in jow little there were to seen in Liechtenstein, which is no fault of the hotel.
But for interrailing to, and from, Liechtenstein, The hotel is located really great, super close to Buchs station which has easy connections to Zurich, and Schaan in Liechtsnstein.
I really liked the automated check-in, however I get that it can be intimidating for some, and there were a number right on the box to call, if that is the case.

Pros: Comfy, had everything needed, good WiFi, pretty large bathroom. Check-in/Check-out process was easy once you figured it out. Free self-service breakfast snacks left in fridge (although mine was often stolen, didn't figure it out where it was til later) and coffee 24/7. Fairly central in Buchs, a good jumping off point for Vaduz/Liechtenstein in case you don't want to pay Liechtenstein prices.
Everything was perfect. This was the first hotel that had a huge room and shower. We both loved it. They have a room where you can get cappuccino and croissant. As well as cooler for the water. Coffee machine run out of the water and there was this Albanian cleaning lady I forgot her name, but she stopped what she was doing and took care of me. Which I though was super nice.
Great place! Comfy beds, nice shower and good coffee machines. Parking is in the same building but around the back from where Google maps takes you. Check in is on the second floor. The parking is validated also on the second floor inside the hotel doors against the wall. Just a few things that I wish I had read in the comments so adding them here :)
We stayed only one night on a stop over. Room was very spacious, clean and overall good. Located on the top floors of a shopping center. The hotel offers a small and very limited breakfast in the morning. Good for one night or business travel, not for holidays. Free parking in the parking lot of the shopping center.
The concept of the hotel was very good, and check-in was very easy. Very quick route to get into Liechtenstein. Buchs is also a good base with good fast food and a nice pub nearby. Staff were also very helpful when we needed to change room.
Overall, despite a few issues, my colleague and I had a pleasant stay. The location to Buchs is excellent and quiet. The owner communicated very well and met us upon arrival to check in.
