One of my favorite holidays. Spent a week here working remotely and enjoying the ski amenities nearby. Breakfast was vegan friendly and delicious. Looked forward to it every morning. View from sleeping room and balconies is amazing. You see different mountain peaks and the lovely village beneath. Contact person Manuel was very professional and has given information as ski lifts, grocery shops and sightseeing and others. Also Manuel was available for support on demand via WhatsApp even on Christmas (unbelievable). My family and me will definitely try to book the same house again.

This was a small, but clean hotel. Exactly what I needed on my way to Grisons. The breakfast was great!
Fantastic walks all well signposted. Hotel Weisses Kreuz ideally situated in village, 12 minutes walk from station. Bergun is an excellent staging post for the trains that travel from Bergun, over the Bernina Pass to Tirano (E.g. Glacier Express). A must visit, in good weather, is Ospizio Bernina and Alp Grumm.
Although most of the staff didn't speak english they were more than willing to try and understand my German. I felt this was a very authentic Swiss hotel experience. The rooms were simple but comfortable with great views of the mountains and Bernina Express. We chose this location so that we could do some sledding and it was great, access to the sed run was just down the hill from the hotel. The food was excellent, probably the best that we had in Switzerland.
Host picked us up from the train station, which was fantastic. The location was amazing, with private balcony and views of the mountains and the town of Bergun. Host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. The children's play room, sauna and 'shop' with stocks of essentials were great additional touches. We loved our stay.
Our city car is not designed for the mountains, but we anyway took a trip to Bergün, and my husband and I had a problem leaving the hotel parking lot, but we got the help of a very nice hotel employee who even helped push the car (we are extremely grateful to her), she was very helpful and lovely, as well as the rest of the hotel staff. We recommend this hotel.
The hotel is such a lovely family hotel. It is clean with great and friendly staffs. The room is big with fully equipped facilities. Great location close to the train station. Food is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel who loves peaceful atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings.
Top accommodation, top location and service. Great room. Staff is very friendly and so good with the kids. They offered to bring the luggage down to Bergün so we can sledge down once more. In every aspect they were very helpful and forthcoming. Very much recommended it.
The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, whether you're arriving by train or by car. You're no more than five minutes from anywhere in Bergun. The rooms are, as you'd expect, ultra clean and very updated, with wonderfully comfy beds.
Very thoughtful host who went out of his way to make sure everything was exactly as I needed it. The apartment is homely, warm, spacious and delightful. Even has two bathrooms! The location is superb in the quaint mountain town of Bergun.
Total stayed 5 nights in this hotel. very comfortable and thanks for the good service. the location is very strategic, not too far from train station and just opposite to grocery shop. the price is reasonable so definitely will come back.
Attractive and spacious old hotel well situated in the centre of Bergün, a short walk from the station. Friendly staff and large, comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast with local products and bar and restaurant on site.
This decent hotel is good value for money (considering Swiss price levels). The restaurant serves good good including several local specials.
