Extremely friendly staff, made our stay! Very clean room with nice design. Great coffee machine in the hallway of the hotel and nice breakfast. Convenient parking garage next to the hotel within the shopping mall that has electric vehicle charging station and hotel offers preferred daily rate if you book via them. Hotel has restaurant which is convenient if you want to have a dinner there (delicious food and great service). If we come back to Thun, we are going to stay here for sure! Thanks for everything!

The lake was beautiful turquoise color.
I ask my wife how they paint the lake :)

Everything about this hotel was great. Staff goes above and beyond for everything. I dont have much words. One day we arrived very late to our room and by the time the restaurant was closed, they had our dinner ready in the room (that too warm). For every request we had they were always more than happy to help. One of our luggage was delayed by the flight operator and they provided everything (like toiletries) they could. Amazing staff. Views from the hotel is the best you can expect in Switzerland.
Breakfast is okay. But location is great. Views are amazing. I didn’t feel like vacating the room. To go to the hotel best way is to get down the bus at Sigriswill and take a suspension bridge. Amazing views on the way to the hotel. But don’t try to take that route once its dark. Early morning if you walk in the village you can see milking the cows. Unforgettable experience. Do not forget to try old church trail. Its an amazing experience. Restaurant food tasts very good.
It was very clean and the beds were some of the more comfortable ones I’ve slept on in a hotel. We had a triple room (double & a sofa) and it was perfect for us with a 7 year-old. The sofa was already made when we arrived & was very comfortable for my daughter. The small balcony was nice for enjoying the beautiful views. The food at the restaurant was very good.

We stayed there for 8 nights, It’s a friendly and cozy guest house. we had the big room with the waterfall view. The location was perfect because we didn’t want to drive long hours in this trip as the hotel is near many attraction areas. The host was very kind and helpful.
The breakfast was adequate. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The food served in the restaurant was exceptional. The LAKE and mountain views from the room balcony were absolutely stunning.
