The Manager, a very good guy, updated our bedroom as there were six of us, for no extra charge. The first room was not as big for our family so we were moved to a much bigger bedroom and more space for no extra charge. Awesome and superb service !!! Great staff, very accommodating and friendly !

The location was perfect for us in that we were able to walk to all of our commitments downtown. The room was comfortable and equipped as expected. Breakfast was delicious in the attached restaurant.

We so enjoyed the view and the outdoor fire pits. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Being able to just walk out the door and sit out on our private patio was a treat.

From the moment we stepped inside the hotel lobby, we all fell in love with its luxurious feel. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, my family and I were enamored when we saw our room. The entire room exuded cleanliness, the kitchen was well-equipped, and there was an undeniable cozy feeling throughout. Though we only stayed for a night, we really enjoyed our time here. A very nice community and a great place to go for morning walks. Great places to eat were; Huckleberrys, the Black Forest and Birchwood! We enjoyed our golf at Windermere Valley, Spur Valley and Mountainside at Fairmont Hot Springs. The Go Carts and Minature golf by the Fire Station are lots of fun.
