I and my spouse went on Thanksgiving weekend and because it was raining we stayed in the room must of the time we were there . The view to the beach was amazing and it made our stay pleasant. We stayed in the room with a kitchenette and had our meals watching the waves on Wasaga Beach. Over all a very good experience. I believe that in the summer is a great place to spend some days. Will book again there for sure.

The place itself was wonderful, beautiful place and nice staff. We were right in front of the pool. The beach was just a crossed from the hotel. Everything was close by, we enjoyed walking everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Wasaga Beach. It was one of the nicest and cleanest place I stayed.

    My happy place.

My happy place. Staying at Lakeview Resort Motel made it so easy to access the beach and the strip with all the restaurants and bars. LCBO was a 2min walk, there was a cute ice cream shop across the street and amazing Mexican restaurant and Skull Island Mini Gold about 5min walk over the bridge crossing the river. No the motel wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and pretty clean and I absolutely loved the outdoor heated pool in the evening. I loved it in Wasaga Beach so much, I'm returning there in August to visit again.

Very affordable destination. Wonderful experiences with the manager and room service staff at the motel. Easy walk to the beach. The whole area was clean. Stores along the beach were convenient. Many options for food right at the beach. WalMart and other conveniences are only 5-10 minutes away.

Come here for Outdoor activities and undeveloped outdoor space ... which seems to be disappearing fast due to over- development ...will be going back less in the future. It's beginning to look like a regular suburban town ..suffocating...

Closeness to Wasaga Beach water and town. The ladies I dealt with to get the keys were nice and pleasant to deal with. The owner was understanding about the mix up with the cabins and readily accommodated us to the right cabin, matching the photos with my reservation. Ability to have a camp fire was nice to keep the bugs away and a great excuse to have s’mores especially having to eat dinner on the dining table outside.

I was stoked about how pretty and spacious the place was. Everything was exactly as described and more. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The place was super clean. The spa and game room were great. The backyard was big and lots of outdoor seating was available , outdoor firepit and hot tub with the beautiful river view were amazing. The location is very close to Wasaga Beach, Beach Area Station 3 Beach.

We rested with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The beach is very nice and is a two minute walk from the hotel. Many thanks to Madame Cha for her kindness. If there were any questions or wishes, we could easily turn to her and she was happy to help us.

Wife and I were in town for a wedding. All we needed was a clean place to rest our heads for the evenings and that is what we got. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. There were restaurants within walking distance and the beach was also very close. Staff was friendly and everyone else at the resort were happy and enjoying themselves.

Beachfront is so close to the beach.. there was also some convenience store close to our location. It was a peaceful location that we never have to worry even our teens stays late outside. There is a jetski rental nearby, so its most likely you can do the activity you want to do. Best part, grilling is available on the location.

Eva is a gem! she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is wonderful; a block from the beach; 25 min (give or take) from Blue Mountain; river access / boat launch across the street; nice walking trails nearby (Oxbow); pizza place next door; and of course puppy friendly.

This was a very nice little motel that is well maintained. It was about a block from a beautiful beach and also a park. It was also close to town with a restaurant next door. I liked that it had separate bedrooms, a living area, and a little kitchen. Very nice staff.

Easy to find & very close to beach. Contemporary decor & well equipped. I was only there for overnight stop so not much more to comment. Near beach road, so a little noisy during day & evening, but quiet at night.
