The beds are so comfortable. The private outdoor entrance was great. The one thing was that the stove top did not work and there were ants in the bathroom. This room was super spacious and had a separate room for privacy which ive never had in a hotel ever. I tried to book it for another night but someone else had booked it for an extended 3 week stay.

the place was nice but no more than room no meeting room no swimming pool no activities near by so far from down town and i order uber it takes 2 hour to find driver because it's too far the crew was nice but the last day the crew change and no one clean my room as picture attached the reception was so nice and offer me another room but when she contact the manager she was so rood and didn't accept and she offer me some towel no clean she said we should clean ones every day i didn't think this is safe special at covid time i moved to another BWH hotel with same price and way better and close to every thing

There are no bussing, which made me pay much for taxi, but overall, I enjoyed my stay planned on moving to Stony Plain soon

Nice quiet place with lots of stores and attractions and great hotels to rest your head over night convenient place to stay while driving through, easy to maneuver through one side of town to the next, Ate @ Boston pizza and it was terrific with very friendly staff.
The breakfast was an added bonus to an already great value! The sausages were delicious, I wish I'd asked what brand they were.! The beds were comfy and the room very clean. The fridge and microwave were appreciated. We were travelling from BC to SK and were able to re-freeze our ice packs for our cooler.We arrived after 11 pm and our check-in waa fast, friendly and efficient. The hotel was easily accessable from the highway and there was a Tim Horton's next door.
The location worked for us to be close to family. It’s very easy to get to off of the highway. The A/C was amazing! We stayed in room 401 and it had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms and a little kitchenette. The king sized bed was sooo comfy and it had 5 large fluffy pillows. Extremely comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to Safeway and several restaurants.
Property was clean and well kept, good variety of breakfast, but be early. Had a pool, we didn’t have time to use it. Well stocked “store”. Guest laundry was clean and loads were cheap, soap and dryer sheets available. Lounge onsite. We forgot an item and they kept it for us till we could go back next day to retrieve it, nicely folded in a bag.
We had booked a room with 2 beds; we filled out a special request when booking online re: pet traveling with us. The hotel didn’t get that information via online booking. We were switched to a room with 1 bed due to our need for a pet friendly room.

Great pool with waterside, excellent suites they have robes and slippers a wide range of toiletries, great front desk staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Highly recommend beds are comfortable.
The breakfast was more than we expected. There is a nice lounge on the property to enjoy. There is a restaurant within walking distance as well as one in the hotel.
The hotel was close to a venue for a family event. The manager was very helpful when we had to quickly cancel several days stay due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hotel is conveniently right next to Tim Horton’s and Mr. Mike’s Steakhouse. It is also close to other shopping centres like Shopper’s Drug Mart, and Safeway.
