I was disappointed with the age of the inn and rooms. This inn is very old and hasn’t been updated. The rooms and hotel were very clean. For $200 a night, I could have gotten a much better location & nicer room.
The location was okay as it took less than 5 minutes to drive into town.
The breakfast was waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, toast/ bagels, tea & coffee. The advertisement was for an awesome breakfast.
The staff were very efficient, polite.

The property and its contents are stunning. Kevin and Lesley were so welcoming and helpful. Kevin is the font of all local history places to visit in NS, invaluable if visiting for the first time. Kevin an ex-chef made a beautiful breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want comfortable and beautiful accommodation.
