next tine i will go to Grand Bend I will look for another hotel with 2 queen bed in the room.microwave and telephone that works.
the telephone was not working to contact the other room. we can only contact the receptio. when we ask how to contact the other room where my son stays. they said someone is fixing it, and was not fixed for the 4 nights we stayed.
The cleaning staff do not come to clean the room, change the towels and take the garbage like all other hotels. we have to call the reception every night to ask for the towels to be changed and the garbage to be taken out. event when we asked to have this service everyday. they neglected our request.

I liked the beach and there was also a beautiful park nearby to visit.
The area is very nice in general and the food was good.
It is a nice place to relax and walk or ride by bicycle.
The temperature at the end of July was great, hot but not humid, a pleasant stay.

The parking rates are ridiculous. Don’t mind paying the parking rates (25) but that should be 24 hours out Atleast the full day. Not until 6 pm and then pay for evening

What a nightmare.
What a nightmare. Property owners did not warn us of all day construction one in front of and beside the rooms. Dust and noise all day. When checking in I told them the room will not be on construction side and after a brief discussion with the 2 male receptionists they put us in a box size room with no balcony as requested in booking details. Had to fight tooth and nail to get another room. For $200 a night be prepared for no housekeeping on 2nd night unless you REQUEST it. Super disappointed!!

Great little town with all kinds of amenities. Lots closed after Labour Day. Getting breakfast on a weekday can be tricky. Plan to have something in your room - except tea or coffee, there is no coffee maker.

food is expensive in the restaurant .
always easy to get around Grand Bend , food is cheao outside the resort and lots to choose from .
Location to everything we needed, we could walk everywhere; restaurants, beach, lcbo & beer.
Rooms were newly renovated and spotless. Beds and linens really comfortable.
Courtyard was excellent, beautiful comfortable muskoka furniture to relax on and being able to bring our own food and drinks to enjoy in front of the fire pits was wonderful. Sirius 80’s station provided hours of great music.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Hotel is fabulous and we look forward to returning next year for a longer stay.
It was very clean and really well set up. The LED lights throughout the home are awesome for night time and the built in ceiling speaker is all throughout the house. It was beautifully renovated. The backyard was very nice and spacious. Location was 5 minutes to grand bend Beach. Everything you need is there. Check in was effortless with the door code and the instructions for everything were clear and precise! Will absolutely come again!! Thank you!!! Amazing stay!!
The fact that we couldn’t get accommodations in or closer to Kincardine for a highlands games festival we appreciate that you had a room available.
The distance between your hotel and Kincardine was 100km that we had to do twice /day for the duration of festival ( this was the only disadvantage). Coming from Hamilton this we had no other choice).
We did enjoy the comfort of the room and bed and the peace and quiet after all this driving daily.
Location very good and nice but our rooms were just on the main road so a bit noisy.
Unfortunately breakfast was not available but there were some cafès very close to the hotel you could even walk to.
The room was clean.
Beds were exceptionally comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Location convenient. Coffee maker with excellent coffee provided, microwave in lounge area. Everything in the hotel and our room was very clean.
