We arrived by motorcycle. The staff at the front desk were friendly, informative and helpful in directing us to our room. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary brkfst exceeded our expectations and was delicious. The Pub staff were friendly and took time to engage in conversation, which added to the enjoyment of the evening. We'll go back for another stay! We parked our Honda Goldwing in front of the hotel so staff at the desk could keep an eye on it overnight.
I was extremely upset that my kids and I went for breakfast at 830am still 30 mins left of breakfast and there was NO FOOD. I asked the lady in the kitchen and she said she was too busy .. I didn’t feel like 140 dollars a night with no breakfast was fair . My kids were hungry and I had to check out early to go feed them if there is no breakfast don’t say complimentary breakfast it’s the reason I will choose another hotel next time I’m in Bonnyville .
The breakfast was good but plain. The room was excellent. High end bathroom fixtures and the bed was comfortable. I loved the extras like a guest laundry room, the pieces of furniture scattered around so you can sit and have a visit with friends and the maps of the town were very helpful. This is a very nice hotel, our experience was great and we will stay here again, especially for the price and free breakfast.
Location was great its near restaurants. They have breakfast. Staff is friendly and check out time is 12 which helps because we were in Bonnyville for my hubby's surgery. The front dest even told us we can have a late check out that will be ok. They are friendly and seems a busy place.
The Breakfasts were excellent. The staff and service were very nice as well. I would not hesitate to rebook at this hotel. I've been staying in larger hotel chains across the USA and Canada and was pleasantly surprised by the value, friendly staff and cleanliness of our stay.
Big, comfortable room, very clean, near some fast-food restaurants which would be convenient. We instead drove into town (about 10 minutes) craving a good, Alberta beef steak. Went instead to Mr. Mike's which was shockingly over-priced for a sub-par steak.

Veey clean room, housekeeping did a good job. The hotel appeared to be recently renovated, modern furnishings, kitchenette with a large sized fridge was a bonus.
Good value for the money
The hotel was clearly well run with a great front desk staff and well looked after facilities. It was close to the industrial visits I was making and had restaurants nearby.
