Great Location, lots of space in the hotel, nice pool area, bar and restaurant. Quiet spaces, but they made the mistake to put a kids playground right on the restaurant which made the breakfast experience a little nosier than expected.

Just a small town with folk-like atmosphere. The best beaches are far and you go by car or boat. It’s expensive if you have a big family.
We enjoyed the beach of itamambuca and curral which are clean and beautiful and have access by car… I decided to pay for parking close… not very cheap but ok.
Restaurants Alecrin and Raizes were excellent options for dinner.
We saw big traffic going downtown, for us walk was a good option from the hotel to the aquarium and downtown (didn’t go to the aquarium because was full and long line, also not cheap).
Avoid need your car if you go on high season.

Downtown Ubatuba is good only at night for shopping souvenirs and to have a good dinning experience. The city has plenty of amazing beaches, my choice is “Praia do Leo” and south side of “Itamambuca” where the river meets the ocean (calm water and shallow spots great for kids).

Very popular beach town, lots of tourist facilities. You can hit brutal, traffic entering or leaving at the wrong times of the weekend. We came in on Route SP-125 on a Sunday afternoon in January and the opposite direction had miles of cars exiting town, crawling slowly up the winding mountain road. It probably took them hours to break free.
The nature around is beautiful, and the access to beach a nice experience with the little ferry over the river. The possibility to both river and sea swimming is a real bonus. Beautiful scenery in the surrounding areas, along the winding road up to the highway BR-101 and along the coastal road, and Ubatuba beach, too. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Liked very much the calm atmosphere of the little stall with comfy cushions and buddha statues and birdfeeders, where one could admire flocks of hummingbirds.
Friendly staff, always ready to help us during our staying. The pool was clean and the steam room was also very nice. The rooms have a good size and also very clean, the shower is by gas which makes it better and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice, not too many options, but we enjoyed it. There is also a pretty good restaurant located in the same place as the hotel, and the area where the property is placed is a private condominium, which increases safety. I totally recommend the place.
the people staying there were lovely as well as the staff. although they didn't speak english, we were able to use google translate. They were so open and friendly and let me check out in the late evening so i can watch a movie (they have a big screen) with the other guests.
it's so close to praia grande, supermarket is even closer, wouldn't say there are that many bars nearby but if you are okay to walk 20-30 min you find more than enough, or just take an uber.

1) Excellent location! It is closes to the Toninha´s Beach and buses stopped.
2) The outside area of the hotel is quite wide, silent and has a lot of green.
3) Swimming pool is very nice.
4) The rooms are spacious and equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, table, chairs, beds, cutlery, dishes, etc ... for those who intend to have long stays.
The staff was great and the room had a wonderful view and beautiful balcony. The hotel had a bar that was open all the time. The common area had a piano, guitar and pool table available. Breakfast was simple but good, with many fruits. There were chairs available to take to the beach. The small Praia Brava was just 5min walk away and is very quite with not so many people.
The house was clean, had everything needed for a family stay in Ubatuba. The location is great, close to the Itagua, Tenorio and Praia Grande beaches. Although close to these beaches, it is located in a very calm and quiet street. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet and spacious place to rest after a day on the beach.

Staff were so nice, even driving us to the bus station the day we needed to go. Location is perfect for beach going in Itamambuca. Town was lovely. Facilities were great. Highly recommended. Would recommend hiring a car if you have the option to get to ubatuba for transport etc. Quite hard to find Ubers or taxis in Itamambuca.
This is the best property we’ve been to in Ubatuba and the second time we’ve visited this pousada. The staff are extremely friendly, the food is incredible and great value, breakfast is amazing, and the entire place is very clean.

close to the beach, location was great and staff helpful and super friendly. there is a space where one can warm up food as needed. the refrigerator in room is big and fit beverages. we were offered daily cleaning which is unusual during covid (most hotels and bed and breakfasts no longer do it).
