I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat, which was way bigger than I had expected, as the pictures in the Booking app were limited and made me believe there was only one bedroom with a double bed. However, there were two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with twin beds. The apartment was fantastic and were spick and span. The hotel has stellar staff. They were all polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. The latter went the extra mile to make us feel really welcome. Congratulations to the hotel team! The food was tasty and reasonably priced. It was à la carte on weekdays, and a buffet at the weekend.

Breakfast was good. Not great. Good. A nice range of options: fruits, bread, yogurt, coffee, milk. Although there was always crowded, there were tables available. Cleaners at all times, freeing up new tables. Good experience!

    Caldas Novas is truly the city that never sleeps. There is something to do 24 hours a day like shopping, eating, drinking, dancing, watching shows and street performers. It is one of the livest places I have been too and I have been all over the world.

    The city is very calm and small, so it is easy to walk around. but all natural hot water sources became a water park full of slides and swimming pools. If you have kids, maybe it is great. But if you are trying to find a place to chill, enjoy nature and have a relaxing moment, none of the water park offers that.

    The hotel was ok, but the staff was horrible, i requested to check in earlier at 11am and they agreed, but when we got there it was a caos, we got the key to the apt at 6pm. The staffs doesn’t care about you, they turn they back when you complain, I spoke to the proprietor to complain she said the apt was empty 2 days before hand it should be clean and ready to go, but the staff were saying different stories . I do not recommend this place, stay away for your own peace of mind

    We enjoyed the hotel location being by the lake with lovely views and walking distance to Kawana Park. The number of pools available is great but I would not want to be at this property on a busy weekend or holiday. The apartments are well maintained. We appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the Water Park and Clube Prive, it would be good to have more than one time option for the transfers.
