The staff are suberb and speak english, so I would recommend this hotel for foreign customers.The location is in the midst of lively streets where you can find pretty much anything, but most importantly, currency exchange offices. A big plus is a spacious minibar/fridge.

Very lovely place. The owner of the hotel (her name is Margarita) takes care of the service and quality and makes sure that every guest is content. She was always available and has a great staff. The location is safe, the suburb is lovely for walking, sports, dining, chilling. The city center (main square: plaza 14 de septiembre) is easily reached by taxi or within a nice walk of 40 minutes. There aren't so many great hotels in Cochabamba, I can really recommend La Casa de Margarita and would return anytime.
