I was there on a medical mission.
I was there on a medical mission. The people of Montero are very laid back and don't get angry, like we Americans do. You would definitely need to know Spanish before you go. There is a great ice cream place by the Catholic Church. Getting around is mostly by taxi or moto. It doesn't cost much at all. There are soccer games you can go to, but I visited the orphans. They are always happy to have visitors.
